Funfrogg Returns & Refunds

  1. Our approach
    We want you and your child to love our toys. If there is any issue with your order, we will help with a return, replacement, or refund as per the policy below.

  2. What can be returned
    Returns/replacements are accepted in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or defective.

  • Product received is different from what you ordered (wrong item/variant).

  • Missing parts or pieces in a toy set.

As per Indian consumer protection rules, defective, deficient, or wrongly advertised goods cannot be denied return or refund.

  1. Return window

  • You must raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of the delivery date (you can change 7 to 5/10 etc. as per your preference).

  • Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.

  1. Conditions for return
    Please ensure that:

  • The product is in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any).

  • The product is unused and in saleable condition, except in case of damage/defect identified on opening.

  • You share clear photos/videos of the issue (outer box, inner packaging, product) when raising the request.

  1. Non‑returnable items
    For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non‑returnable (e.g., personalized items, opened board games if only “change of mind”). However, if such products are damaged, defective, or wrongly supplied, we will still replace or refund as required by law.

  2. Change of mind / no longer needed

  • We generally do not encourage returns for reasons such as “no longer needed” or “ordered by mistake”.

  • If we accept such a return as an exception, two‑way shipping charges (forward + reverse) will be deducted from the refund amount or borne by the customer.

  1. Return pickup and charges

  • For eligible returns, we will arrange a reverse pickup wherever our courier partner has service.

  • In some pin codes, you may be asked to self‑ship the product to our warehouse and share the courier receipt.

  • A reverse shipment fee (e.g., ₹100–₹150) may be deducted from your refund in case of non‑defective returns (change of mind, size/colour not liked, etc.).

  1. Quality check
    Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it goes through a quality check.

  • If approved, we will process your replacement or refund.

  • If the product fails the quality check (used, damaged due to misuse, missing parts), the return may be rejected and the item will be sent back to you.

  1. Refund method and timelines

  • Prepaid orders: Refunds are processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).

  • COD orders: Refunds may be issued via bank transfer/UPI or as store credit/coupon, as mentioned on the returns page.

  • Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days. Bank or payment gateway processing may take additional time.

  1. Order cancellation

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible; you may then follow the return process after delivery.

  1. How to raise a return request
    To request a return, replacement, or refund, please contact us within the return window with: order ID, reason, photos/videos of the issue, and your contact details.
