Shipping & Delivery – Funfrogg Style

1. General
   We deliver toys across India through trusted courier partners. Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

2. Order processing time

• All prepaid and COD orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

• During sale periods or high order volume, processing time may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery timelines

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days from dispatch.

• Non‑metro locations: 4–7 business days from dispatch.

• Remote or out‑of‑service locations may take longer depending on courier coverage.
  These are estimated timelines; actual delivery may be affected by courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen events.

4. Shipping charges

• We offer free shipping on orders above ₹499.

• For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 is charged and shown at checkout before payment.​

5. Order tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with the courier name and tracking ID.

• You can track your shipment on the courier’s website using this tracking ID.

6. Wrong / incomplete address
   We are not responsible for delayed or failed delivery if the address or contact number entered by you is incomplete or incorrect. In such cases, re‑shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged package at delivery
   If the outer packaging looks tampered with or badly damaged, please refuse to accept the parcel and inform us immediately with photos, so we can raise it with the courier and arrange a resolution.
